staff training

Through our training we encourage staff to explore ethics in the fashion industry and share our experience of developing the curriculum. The sessions will increase staff knowledge and share useful teaching materials. 

We run open public training sessions and bespoke courses within individual institutions:

  • One staff training session will be held in 2010/11 in Scotland, open to educators on any fashion related formal education course. The event is free.  For more information of upcoming events go to the FEI events section of the website, or sign up to our bulletin to be kept informed. 
  • FEI can also run bespoke staff training sessions, which can be subject-specific or aimed at developing a strategy for integrating ethical issues into the curriculum. For further information or to book please email hannah (_at_)fashioninganethicalindustry.org (replace (_at_) with @)
Fees: FEI staff training will be charged at £150 per half day/ £300 per full day plus travel. Why not combine a half day student workshop with a half day tutor/teacher training session? For further infromation on student workshops please click here.
