The Asian Foundation for Philanthropy (AFP) was set up to link British Asians with exciting, innovative social change initiatives in Asia and provides volunteering opportunities for British South Asians.

One of the volunteer opportunities AFP are currently offering is a small business marketing and business advisor, which could suit a fashion business, marketing or retail student. The volunteer would be involved in developing a business plan for a shop that sells goods made by local women. Fluent Gujarati and/or Hindi is desirable for this position 

Skills required: Background in business, knowledge of social enterprises desirable but not essential and knowledge of retail sector.

Duration: Approximately 4-6 weeks plus virtual support upon return
